About

I spent more than eight years as the first engineering lead at a B2B SaaS company, growing the team from the ground up and helping it scale through multiple phases of growth. My work has always been about improving real systems under real constraints, not ideal conditions.

I've led architectural modernisation on live production codebases, and restructured teams into small focused groups that iterate faster and build more of the right thing. I know what it takes to change things that can't afford to stop.
